We are an old-fashioned diner style establishment that serves breakfast items such as waffles, pancakes, etc., lunch and dinner options such as soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, large entrees, etc., and a kid's menu.

No! Our food is made-to-order so if you would like to add-on, substitute, or leave off some items, we can do that on majority of our menu items. There may be an extra charge for add-ons and substitutes.

We do not have a specific catering menu at the moment; however, if you would like to place a large food order, please contact your nearest location for more information!

Our shops serve sodas, water, lemonade, iced tea (sweet and unsweet), and some juices. We also offer coffee, hot tea, milk and chocolate milk.

Yes, we have plenty of healthy food options! We serve healthy breakfast options with the choice of egg-whites, homemade soups daily, many different salad options and healthy lunch and dinner options such as grilled chicken and grilled shrimp.

We have over 40 varieties of fruit pies, cream pies and cakes combined! Baked fresh daily!

All of our pies and cakes have a shelf life of 3-6 days from the day that you receive them.

Yes. In additional to our whole 9" cakes, we offer all of our cakes in a 1/2 sheet cake or a full sheet cake.

All of our products are freshly baked, individually packaged and ready to serve. Whole pies and cakes are 9 inches in diameter and can be divided into 8-10 slices. Our mini pies are 5 inches.

Fruit pies are best stored on your counter, at room temperature. Cream, pumpkin, custard and pecan pies, cheesecakes, and cakes should be refrigerated.

Our top sellers are the Bayou Goo, Pecan Pie and NY Strawberry Cheesecake! Our Bayou Goo is a thin layer of sweet cream cheese, chopped pecans, a vanilla-chocolate custard swirl then topped with whipped cream, powdered sugar and chocolate shavings.

We make all of our desserts fresh every day. You can walk in any of our shops and purchase the desserts that you would like. However, if you would like to pre-order pies, you still can (except during the holidays - see below). Please give your nearest location a call to place the order.

To Freeze: Our fruit pies and pecan pies can be frozen for up to 2 months. We recommend keeping them in their boxes for the best freezing results. We do not recommend freezing our other pies and cakes.

To Reheat: Preheat the oven to 350F. Take the pie out of the freezer and place it in the oven for approximately 30-40 minutes and then your pie will be ready to serve.

We carry Sugar-Free Apple and Sugar-Free Cherry pies made without refined sugar for diabetics and hypoglycemic. These pies are sweetened with a nutritive sweetener called Sorbitol. We also have many different sugar-free options during the holidays, such as Sugar-free Pumpkin, Sugar-free Plain Cheesecake and Sugar-free NY Strawberry Cheesecake.

YES! We are OPEN every day of the year with our regular hours including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Our holiday hours are the same every day of the year including during the holidays!

Given that we are extremely busy the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas, we will not be taking to-go food orders over the phone the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will need to place your to go order in-person at the location.

Depending on the season, we offer Fresh Peach Pie, Mince Pie, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Heart-Shaped NY Strawberry Cheesecake, Coffee Cake, Fruit Cake and many sugar-free options including Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie, Sugar-Free Plain Cheesecake, and Sugar-Free NY Strawberry Cheesecake.

No. It is first come, first serve the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do not take pie or cake orders for pickup the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas unless you are placing an order for over 20 whole pies and cakes. However, we will be working around the clock to be sure that all of our desserts are available for your friends and family to enjoy this Holiday season.
